PLR Fairy – Product Licensing Terms

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Welcome to PLR Fairy! ✨

We want to make it easy for you to create, customise and sell beautiful digital products for your own business.

Our products come with different licensing rights depending on the type of product you purchase. Please read the relevant section below so you understand exactly what you can and cannot do.

By purchasing, downloading or using a PLR Fairy product, you agree to the applicable licensing terms outlined on this page.

Important: Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, our PLR products include commercial resale rights for your finished products, not the right to redistribute our original editable files or pass PLR rights to your customers.

All permissions are subject to any applicable third-party licensing restrictions.

1. PLR Licence for Editable Canva Templates & Printables

Our PLR printables are designed to help you create and sell your own digital products without starting from scratch.

✅ What You CAN Do

  • Use the templates for personal purposes.
  • Open and customise the templates in your own Canva account.
  • Change the text, colours, fonts, graphics, illustrations and layout.
  • Add your own branding, business name or creative elements.
  • Create finished, non-editable PDF printables to sell commercially, where permitted by applicable content licences.
  • Sell eligible finished printables through Etsy, your own website, Shopify or other permitted selling platforms.
  • Sell the finished printables to your customers with Personal Use Only rights.
  • Use the original design without changes where the applicable third-party licences permit that use.

You do not need to credit PLR Fairy when selling your finished products.

We recommend customising your designs to give your shop its own unique look and help your products stand out. However, PLR Fairy does not impose a specific percentage of changes or a general requirement to substantially redesign every printable.

❌ What You CANNOT Do

  • Resell, share, gift or redistribute our original editable Canva template links.
  • Sell our original source files or downloadable PLR packages.
  • Grant your customers PLR, MRR or commercial resale rights to the finished products.
  • Upload our editable templates to template marketplaces for resale.
  • Resell our products on Creative Market or similar creative asset and template marketplaces.
  • Share our products in freebie libraries, membership sites, bundles or giveaways where recipients would receive our original editable files or resale rights.
  • Claim exclusive ownership or copyright over PLR Fairy's original artwork or any third-party content.
  • Use PLR Fairy's name, branding or creator names in your final products in a way that suggests we created, published or endorsed your listing.

Your customers should receive a finished, non-editable product intended for their own personal use.

Selling Your Finished Printables

For digital printable products, your final customer-facing download must be a finished, flattened PDF rather than an editable Canva template.

Flattening helps reduce the ability to edit or extract individual elements, although it does not guarantee that content cannot be extracted or that every third-party licensing requirement has been satisfied.

Your ability to sell any particular finished PDF remains subject to the licences governing the content within that design.

2. Important Canva Licensing Information

Some PLR Fairy products are created using Canva and may contain Canva Free Content, Canva Pro Content, our own original artwork or other appropriately licensed design assets.

PLR Fairy is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Canva.

How Canva Template Licensing Works

When you purchase an editable Canva product from PLR Fairy, you receive access through a Canva template link.

You open the template in your own Canva account, where your use of Canva Content is governed by the applicable licences granted directly by Canva.

Your PLR Fairy licence grants you permission to use and commercially resell the original creative contributions that PLR Fairy owns or has the authority to license.

Your PLR Fairy licence does not grant, sublicense, transfer or extend any rights to Canva Content.

Canva Content remains subject to Canva's Content License Agreement and Terms of Use.

Canva Free & Pro Content

Our products may contain different types of Canva Content.

Canva Free Content

Canva provides additional permissions for Free Content, including certain uses within templates distributed or sold to third parties.

These permissions remain subject to Canva's full licensing terms and restrictions.

Canva Pro Content

Some of our existing products contain Canva Pro elements.

You may need a qualifying Canva subscription or the appropriate individual content licence to use and export these designs.

Canva Pro Content has additional restrictions, and the broader template permissions applicable to Free Content do not automatically extend to Pro Content.

Your responsibility as a customer

Before commercially selling a finished product containing Canva Content, you must ensure your intended use is permitted under Canva's applicable licensing terms.

Our resale permissions apply only to rights PLR Fairy is authorised to grant. They do not override restrictions imposed by Canva or other third-party content owners.

Do I Need to Edit the Design Before Selling?

PLR Fairy recommends personalising your templates to help distinguish your products from those of other sellers.

However, we do not impose a minimum percentage of changes or a blanket substantial-redesign requirement.

Canva has clarified that its published Content License Agreement does not establish a general requirement to substantially redesign every template before selling a finished PDF.

This clarification does not mean that every unchanged design is automatically approved for commercial resale.

Whether an unchanged, customised or finished design can be sold depends on all applicable licensing terms and the content used.

3. PLR Licence for Colouring Books

Our PLR colouring books allow you to create finished colouring products for personal use or eligible commercial resale.

✅ What You CAN Do

  • Use the colouring books for personal use.
  • Customise the front cover, title or page layouts.
  • Rearrange the colouring pages.
  • Add your own branding or additional pages.
  • Sell the finished colouring book as a flattened PDF for Personal Use Only, subject to any applicable third-party content licences.
  • Sell eligible finished colouring books through Etsy, Shopify, your website or other permitted platforms.

We recommend personalising the covers and rearranging pages to make your products more distinctive.

❌ What You CANNOT Do

  • Resell or redistribute the original editable source files.
  • Share or resell the original Canva template links.
  • Grant PLR, MRR or commercial resale rights to your customers.
  • Resell the product on Creative Market or similar creative asset marketplaces.
  • Claim exclusive ownership of artwork you do not own.
  • Include PLR Fairy branding or creator names in the finished product in a misleading way.

Colouring books containing Canva or other third-party Content remain subject to the relevant third-party licensing requirements.

4. PLR Licence for Clipart

Our PLR clipart products are intended to help you create beautiful designs, printables and other finished creative products.

Unless a product is specifically labelled with different licence terms, the following rules apply.

✅ What You CAN Do

  • Use the clipart for personal projects.
  • Incorporate the clipart into original printable designs.
  • Create worksheets, activity pages, planners, games, classroom resources and other finished printables.
  • Sell eligible finished designs as flattened PDFs.
  • Use the clipart within your own creative compositions.
  • Sell the resulting products with Personal Use Only rights.

❌ What You CANNOT Do

  • Resell, redistribute or share the individual clipart images as standalone files.
  • Sell the original clipart as PNG, JPG, SVG or other individual graphic files.
  • Repackage the artwork into another clipart collection.
  • Grant your customers PLR, MRR or standalone commercial-use rights to the clipart.
  • Upload the individual images to stock graphic websites or creative asset marketplaces.
  • Distribute the clipart in a way that allows customers to extract or reuse the artwork independently.
  • Claim exclusive ownership of PLR Fairy's original artwork.

Important: Clipart must form part of a finished design rather than being redistributed as standalone artwork.

If a clipart product contains third-party materials, its commercial use is also subject to those materials' licensing terms.

5. MRR Products & Clipart

Some PLR Fairy products are specifically labelled MRR (Master Resell Rights).

These products have different permissions from our standard PLR printables and clipart.

Where a product is clearly advertised as including MRR, you may exercise the resale rights expressly granted in that individual product's licence.

Depending on the specific product, these may include selling the original product and granting certain resale rights to your own customers.

The individual MRR licence supplied with the product determines exactly which rights are included.

MRR rights do not automatically allow you to:

  • Claim exclusive ownership of the content.
  • Grant rights broader than those included in the original MRR licence.
  • Transfer or sublicense third-party content where this is not permitted.
  • Ignore any additional restrictions stated in the product listing or licence.

If a product is not explicitly labelled MRR, you must not assume that Master Resell Rights are included.

6. PLR Licence for Stickers

Our PLR sticker products can be used personally or sold as finished sticker products under the following conditions.

✅ What You CAN Do

  • Use the stickers for personal purposes.
  • Sell the finished stickers as supplied, where all applicable content licences permit.
  • Incorporate stickers into your own designs.
  • Create and sell digital sticker products under Personal Use Only terms.
  • Customise the stickers or create your own unique product presentation.
  • Sell through your website, Etsy or another permitted platform.

We recommend creating your own product listing images to help your shop stand out.

❌ What You CANNOT Do

  • Resell the stickers with PLR, MRR or commercial resale rights.
  • Allow your customers to redistribute or commercially resell the sticker files.
  • Share the editable original source files.
  • Offer the stickers as a commercial-use clipart collection.
  • Resell them on Creative Market or similar creative asset marketplaces.
  • Claim exclusive ownership of third-party artwork.

Your finished sticker products must be sold with Personal Use Only rights.

7. Personal Use Rights for Your Customers

When you resell a finished product created using our standard PLR licence, you must provide your end customers with Personal Use Only rights.

This means they may use the finished product for their own personal purposes.

They may not:

  • Resell the digital product.
  • Redistribute the digital files.
  • Share the files for others to download.
  • Grant resale or commercial-use rights to anyone else.
  • Extract and redistribute any included artwork.

You are responsible for communicating these restrictions clearly in your product listings or customer licence.

8. Ownership & Copyright

All original PLR Fairy designs, illustrations, text and other proprietary creative materials remain the intellectual property of PLR Fairy LTD or their respective rights holders.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the product in accordance with the relevant terms.

It does not transfer copyright ownership or grant exclusive rights.

Any Canva Content, fonts, graphics or other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders and are governed by their applicable licences.

You must not represent third-party content as exclusively owned by you.

9. Membership Products & Downloaded Files

Products received through a PLR Fairy membership are subject to the licence supplied with the individual product and any applicable membership terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Standard PLR products carry the finished-product resale permissions described in this licence.
  • MRR products carry the rights expressly granted under their individual MRR terms.
  • Any additional restrictions supplied with a particular product must be followed.
  • Download access and ongoing membership benefits are governed by the applicable membership terms and conditions.

You must not share your membership login, provide unauthorised access to the membership library or redistribute the original source files.

10. General Licensing Conditions

By using PLR Fairy products, you agree that:

  • You will use the products only within the permissions provided.
  • You will comply with applicable copyright laws and third-party content licences.
  • You will not grant rights to others that you have not been authorised to grant.
  • You will not redistribute original editable files unless the relevant product's licence specifically permits it.
  • You are responsible for how you market and sell your finished products.
  • You will ensure that products sold to end customers carry the appropriate permitted-use terms.

If a specific product licence expressly provides different rights from this general page, the specific product licence will take precedence for that product, subject to applicable third-party rights.

Nothing in this licence overrides a third-party content owner's terms or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Licence Updates

PLR Fairy may update these licensing terms to reflect changes to our products, business practices or third-party licensing requirements.

The latest version will be available on this page.

Any proposed changes affecting rights already granted under a completed purchase will be subject to applicable law and the terms in force at the time of purchase.

We recommend keeping a copy of the licence supplied with your purchased products.
